Product Description
A controlled unit designed to accommodate one rack (670 × 810 mm) with a total height of 1855 mm, equipped with an integrated V-Link control system located directly on the door. It operates within a wide temperature range from -15°C to +40°C and a humidity range of 30% to 90%.
The unit incorporates all standard technical bread-making recipes and ensures product integrity and consistent quality through precise and adaptive management of temperature, humidity, and airflow according to the selected program. This guarantees optimal dough development, enhanced aromas, and superior taste.
It can be operated in manual mode (blocking, slow growth, fermentation) or via programmable cycles, allowing configuration of up to 6 phases with adjustable temperature, humidity, and duration. Programs can be set to finish on a specific date or run continuously.
