Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Products are delivered during official working hours and according to the delivery schedule approved by the sales department.
2. Product prices include delivery and installation services only for products that require installation, in accordance with terms and policies.

4. Upon receiving the shipment, the customer or their representative must:

- Ensuring the safety of the shipment and that it is free from any damages or shortages.
5. In the event that an authorized person is not available to receive the order, a new appointment will be scheduled, and the customer will bear any additional fees imposed.
