Warranty period- A two-year (24 months) warranty on all electrical and mechanical devices, starting from the date of receipt.
- One-year warranty on gas equipment.
- 3-month warranty on shawarma machine burners.
Warranty Scope
- The warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing defects only.
- The warranty does not cover:
1- Product Replacement
2- Refund of the financial value.
- It is required to benefit from the warranty:
1- Submission of the original invoice.
2- The product's serial number is provided clearly and correctly
3- Use the product according to the operating manual and installation instructions
4- Not performing maintenance or opening the product with an unauthorized party.

- Incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the product instructions.
- Maintenance or opening by unauthorized parties.
- Using unsuitable gas regulators or electricity that is not compatible with the device specifications.
- Malfunctions resulting from neglecting regular maintenance (such as cleaning filters, condensers, and fans).
- Poor storage or transportation or blockage of ventilation openings.
- Operating food heaters without water, which leads to the heater exploding.
- The gearbox is damaged due to changing speeds in the mixing machines without stopping.
- Gas leaks due to unsafe installations or poor maintenance of gas lines.
- Consumable parts and accessories such as: bulbs, heaters, buttons, lamps.
- Differences in color, shape, or size due to the nature of manufacturing or display.
- Not cleaning the cooling devices regularly (every 3 months) such as the outdoor fan, condenser, and filter.
Additional Notes
1- In the event that the product is inspected and found to have no manufacturing defects, the customer will bear all costs associated with the service,

- Costs of the technician's visit (if any).
2- The first year of the warranty includes: maintenance and spare parts.
3- The second year of the warranty includes: maintenance only, and does not include spare parts.
