Return and Exchange Policy


The Homogeneous Services Company is committed to providing high-quality products and professional services that meet the aspirations of its clients, and accordingly

The following policies are established to ensure clarity of procedures and protect the rights of both parties.

 

1. A return request can be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, in the following cases:

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The product does not match the specifications outlined in the quotation or invoice.


2. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the customer is responsible for the following:

  • The cost of returning the product to the company's warehouse.
  • The cost of shipping the alternative product to his address.


3. Conditions for accepting a return or exchange request:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused.
  • The presence of the complete original packaging and all accessories.
  • Submission of the original purchase invoice.

4. The product is inspected by the technical department to ensure compliance with the return or exchange conditions before a decision is made.


5. The company reserves the right to fully reject any request that does not meet the specified conditions.


6. All shipping costs associated with the return or exchange process are fully borne by the customer, including the initial shipping cost.


7. Return or exchange requests for custom-made products or special orders are not accepted.


8. In case of approval for the refund:

It will be transferred to the same account from which the payment was made within a maximum of 15 business days.


9. Returns of products are not accepted after 10 days from the receipt of the first batch of special or pre-orders.
