Committed to providing high-quality products and professional services that meet customer expectations. To ensure clarity of procedures and protect the rights of both parties, the company adopts the following policies: 

1. Return and Exchange Policy
  1. Return requests
  2. You can submit a return request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product in the following cases:
  3. Manufacturing defect in the product.
  4. The product does not match the specifications listed in the quote or invoice.
  5. Exchange requests
  6. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for:
  7. Cost of returning the product to the company's warehouse.
  8. The shipping cost of the alternative product to its address.
  9. Return/Exchange Approval Conditions
  10. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  11. All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  12. The original purchase invoice must be submitted.
  13. The product will be inspected by the technical department to verify eligibility before approval for return or exchange.
  14. The company reserves the full right to reject any request that does not meet the specified conditions.
  15. The customer bears all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, including the initial shipping.
  16. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  17. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days to the same account from which the payment was made.
  18. For customized products or those that were ordered in advance, return requests will not be accepted after 10 days from the first shipment.
2. Shipping and Delivery Policy
  1. Products are delivered during official working hours according to the delivery schedule approved by the sales department.
  2. The prices of the products include delivery and installation services only for items that require installation, according to the company's policy.
  3. If shipping is done through a third-party delivery company:
  4. The company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
  5. The full responsibility for the product transfers to the shipping company upon receipt from the company's warehouse.
  6. Upon receiving the shipment, the customer or their representative must:
  7. Product inspection and signing the delivery form.
  8. Ensure that the shipment is complete and undamaged.
  9. If there is no authorized person available to receive the order:
  10. A new delivery date will be scheduled.
  11. The customer will bear any additional charges imposed by the shipping company.
  12. If the customer delays in receiving the product for more than 15 days after the specified date:
  13. Daily storage fees of 0.5% of the invoice value will be applied.
  14. If delivery is made via a third-party carrier (not company employees), loading and installation are not included in the shipping service.
3. Warranty Policy
Warranty periods
  1. Electrical and mechanical devices: Two years (24 months) from the date of receipt.
  2. Gas equipment: One-year warranty.
  3. Shawarma machine grills: 3-month warranty.
Warranty coverage
  •  The warranty only covers malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects.
  • Does not include the warranty:
    •  Product replacement.
    •  Product refund.
To benefit from the warranty:
  •  The original invoice must be submitted.
  •  The product's serial number must be present and legible.
  •  The product must be used according to the user manual and installation instructions.
  •  The product should not be serviced or opened by unauthorized parties.
Where the service is provided:
  •  Maintenance will be performed either at the company's main service centers or at the client's location, depending on the nature of the product and the defect, as determined by the technical team.
Cases not covered by the warranty:
  •  Misuse or operation not in accordance with the product instructions.
  •  Maintenance or opening by unauthorized technicians.
  •  Using incorrect gas regulators or incompatible power sources.
  •  Failure due to lack of regular maintenance (such as: filters, condensers, fans).
  •  Poor storage, transport, or blocked air vents.
  •  Operating food heaters without water, leading to explosions.
  •  The gearbox is damaged due to changing speeds without stopping the dough mixer.
  •  Gas leak due to unsafe installation or poor maintenance.
  • Consumables and accessories: lamps, heaters, buttons, lights, etc.
  • Changes in color, shape, or size Due to manufacturing/display.
  • failure in Clean cooling units Every 3 months (e.g., external fan, condenser, filters).
Additional Notes
  • If the product is inspected and There is no defect in manufacturing If found, the client will bear the cost All associated costs, including:
    •  Service fees
    •  Shipping costs
    •  Technical visit fees (if applicable)
  • The first year of warranty: Includes parts and service .
  • the second year of warranty: covers Service only, Not spare parts.
