Product Description

Equipped with V-Link tactile control on the door, the unit supports both manual operation and programmable modes with up to 6 configurable phases, allowing accurate management of temperature, humidity, airflow, and timing for consistent baking results.
The cabinet features high-density polyurethane insulation (60 mm), a tropicalized hermetic refrigeration unit, corrosion-protected evaporator, and a reversible glass door, making it reliable, durable, and easy to use in professional bakery environments.
