Convection oven, ideal for baking breakfast and snack products, especially pastry and frozen bakery items. Equipped with humidity control, 2 programmable fan speeds, and a 304 stainless steel cooking chamber.
The 2.4” digital touch control panel allows storage of up to 99 cooking programs, each with an image and name, making operations easier at every point of sale. The oven is Internet-ready and compatible with the datadrivencooking.com platform.
