Description
The Carter-Hoffmann PHB480HE Refrigerated Meal Delivery Cart is designed for safely transporting and holding prepared foods at cold temperatures in commercial kitchens, cafeterias, and catering operations. Equipped with a self-contained, bottom-mounted refrigeration system using CFC-free R134a refrigerant, it maintains temperatures between 33–40°F. The cabinet and door feature combination foam and high-density fiberglass insulation to preserve temperature and reduce compressor strain.
This full-size cart accommodates 12 sheet pans (18×26 in) or 24 steam table pans (12×20 in) on adjustable interior slides. Its all-welded 20-gauge stainless steel exterior provides durability and a polished finish, while a vinyl bumper and recessed door design protect walls and furniture. Mobility is enhanced with four 6-inch swivel casters and dual aluminum push handles, making it easy to maneuver over uneven flooring.
