Product Description
CRIOLLA is a high conservation cabinet specially designed for chocolate makers. It accommodates 400 × 600 mm trays arranged over 24 levels and provides ultra-precise control of temperature and humidity. The cabinet offers multiple operating solutions including chocolate conservation, natural defrosting, store display, and chocolate melting (tempering).
Equipped with a V-Link tactile control panel integrated into the door, CRIOLLA can be operated either manually or through programmable cycles with up to six configurable phases, allowing full control of temperature, humidity, and duration. Thanks to intelligent airflow management and adaptive climate control, the cabinet preserves the integrity, texture, aromas, and taste of chocolate products.
CRIOLLA also features high-efficiency insulation, food-grade PVC interior and exterior panels, a glass door, and a tropicalized refrigeration unit suitable for high ambient temperatures up to +43°C, making it ideal for professional chocolate production environments.
