This unit allows for ultra-precise adjustments of both humidity and temperature, providing various options for chocolate storage, natural defrosting, and tempering.

Equipped with a full range of technical bread-making recipes, it guarantees the integrity and quality of the product through meticulous management of temperature, humidity, and airflow based on the selected program. This ensures optimal conditions for the dough's cells, aromas, and flavors.
The cabinet can function in manual mode (blocking, slow growth, fermentation) or through programmable settings (allowing for the configuration of 6 distinct phases with adjustable temperature, humidity, and duration, either concluding on a specific date or running continuously).
